CNC Machining — CAD, CAM, G-Code & Engineering Drawing Dataset

Kuinbee is sourcing authentic, production-grade CNC machining datasets from manufacturers, machine shops and CNC programming facilities. Priority is 3-axis CNC milling programmed using commercially licensed Autodesk Fusion or Mastercam. Each part must have a complete, matching production bundle: STEP CAD, native CAM, posted G-code/M-code for every setup, engineering drawing PDF, exact material grade and price per machined piece. At least 3 complete sample bundles per supplier must receive positive technical evaluation before bulk discussions.

Requirement brief

Specific requirements

  • Requirement overview: Each bundle must represent an actual component manufactured in the supplier's own workshop or a genuine production environment, with its associated CAD design, CAM programming, machine code and engineering documentation.
  • Mandatory per part — 3D CAD model: STEP (.step / .stp) file of the finished component.
  • Mandatory per part — Native CAM project: Autodesk Fusion (.f3d) or Mastercam (.mcam), including machining operations and toolpaths.
  • Mandatory per part — Posted CNC program: G-code / M-code files for every machining setup.
  • Mandatory per part — 2D engineering drawing: PDF showing the component's engineering dimensions and specifications.
  • Mandatory per part — Material information: Exact material type and grade used.
  • Mandatory per part — Pricing: Price per machined piece.
  • Complete bundle = CAD + Native CAM + G-Code/M-Code + Engineering Drawing PDF + Material Grade + Price. All files within a bundle must correspond to the same manufactured part.
  • Process preference: 3-axis CNC milling using commercially licensed Autodesk Fusion or Mastercam. For other CNC processes, equivalent complete production files may be considered. Additive manufacturing is subject to file-format and dataset suitability verification.
  • Not accepted: 3D-printing datasets consisting only of STL (.stl) models; wooden CNC/router datasets based on CorelDRAW (.cdr / CDR) files.
  • Not accepted: CAD-only files without the corresponding CAM project and machine program; CAM projects without their corresponding CAD models and posted machine code.
  • Not accepted: Artificial, demonstration-only or unmanufactured parts presented as actual production jobs; incomplete bundles with any mandatory deliverable missing. This requirement concerns authentic industrial manufacturing workflows, not standalone 3D models or design files.
  • Production authenticity: Every bundle must originate from a real manufacturing job. Suppliers must confirm the component was actually machined or manufactured in their own workshop or production facility.
  • Production authenticity: Suppliers must confirm that the CAM files and machine programs correspond to the submitted CAD model and that the programs were created for the actual manufacturing workflow.
  • Rights and permissions: Suppliers must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and license all associated files.
  • Mandatory sample evaluation: Before requesting or discussing bulk dataset quantities, every supplier must submit at least 3 complete sample bundles. Each sample must contain every mandatory per-part deliverable.
  • Technical evaluation checks: File completeness and format compatibility; CAD-to-CAM consistency; G-code availability for every setup; engineering drawing accuracy; manufacturing-job authenticity and relevance; overall suitability for this dataset requirement.
  • Bulk sourcing gate: Kuinbee submits the samples through its technical evaluation pipeline. Bulk sourcing discussions proceed only after evaluation and positive feedback.
  • Supplier information required: Workshop/company name and manufacturing location; CNC machining processes available; CAM software used and confirmation of commercial licensing.
  • Supplier information required: Available number of complete production data bundles; material types and grades covered; price per piece; estimated timeline for bulk data delivery.
  • Stage 1: Supplier submits at least 3 complete, production-authentic sample bundles.
  • Stage 2: Kuinbee conducts technical evaluation and verifies suitability.
  • Stage 3: Kuinbee communicates feedback and any required corrections.
  • Stage 4: After successful sample evaluation, discuss bulk availability, commercial terms, licensing and delivery schedules.
  • Submission of samples does not guarantee bulk procurement. Bulk quantities and pricing will be finalized only after technical approval.
