Requirement brief

Specific requirements

  • Complete work environments: connected folders of 20-100+ real files from a single project or job
  • Drafts and finals, 3+ file formats, mixed lengths, native selectable text
  • First step: a folder listing (file names only) for a free fit-check
  • Priority: P0 (10 occupations) / P1 (56 occupations)
  • Timeline: P0 occupations by Fri 9/11; P1 occupations by Mon 9/14
  • What counts as a package: a connected set of 20-100+ files (20-50 is the sweet spot) from a single project or job — a real project folder, not a grab-bag.
  • Must show version updates/conflicts (e.g. draft vs. final), span 3+ file types with native selectable text, and be at least half case-specific material (not boilerplate).
  • Privacy: names, rates, and client details removed before publication (by the supplier or by us under NDA); text must stay selectable.
  • First step: send a folder listing (file names only) for a free fit-check before any files or payment change hands.
