About this service
Fenon Robotics runs end-to-end field data collection programs for robotics and physical AI teams that need real-world diversity beyond lab-controlled demonstrations. More than 200 trained field operators can be deployed across 16 Indian states, with aggregate operating capacity exceeding 120,000 hours of multimodal capture per week. Programs can use stereo or monocular camera rigs, Universal Manipulation Interface (UMI) systems, VR controllers, iPhone and mobile devices, audio, and synchronized sensor streams. Capture protocols are tailored to the target model, embodiment, task taxonomy, camera geometry, and required fidelity. Fenon can source and operate programs in manufacturing, jewellery, agriculture, logistics, textiles, and other practical environments across India. This supports variation in locations, objects, operators, lighting, workflows, and regional context rather than a narrow, staged dataset. Collection is usage-based, with representative collection-layer pricing starting around USD 3 per captured hour. Final rates depend on equipment, environment access, task complexity, annotation scope, travel, and quality thresholds. Programs can begin with a scoped pilot and scale through repeatable operating playbooks.

Typical deliverables
A validated capture package containing synchronized raw and normalized media, timestamps, sensor and device metadata, camera intrinsics and extrinsics where applicable, task and environment manifests, operator/session identifiers, collection logs, exception reports, and optional action or event annotations. Pilot summaries and scale-up recommendations are included before production expansion.
Quality assurance
Programs use documented operator training, device and calibration checks, session-level protocol checklists, automated file and timestamp validation, synchronization and completeness checks, sampling-based visual review, rejection and recollection workflows, and traceable capture manifests. Acceptance criteria are agreed before the pilot and monitored by batch during production.
Compliance and privacy
Collection plans define site permission, participant consent where people are recorded, safety controls, access restrictions, secure transfer, retention, and deletion requirements with the buyer before deployment. Fenon can adapt field procedures to client-specific privacy, confidentiality, and environment-access obligations; any regulated-data requirements must be confirmed during scoping.
